Requirements • Previous experience in technical support (CRM or ERP systems) • Active skills using SQL-scripts • Knowledge or experience with MS SQL (or other DBMS) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Fluent Ukrainian and Russian • Stress-resistance, and ability to handle a large number of requests • Ability to work in a team Responsibilities • Solving typical user incidents through remote access (system crashes, data synchronization/import/export issues) • Installation and configuration of Desktop/Mobile versions of the system in the client environment • Consulting clients on installation and system functionality • Escalation of requests to responsible parties • Monitoring the status and progress towards the resolution of all open incidents • Participation in the internal and external projects
