New York-based technology company with Lviv, Ukraine branch is expanding and has an opening for an Onboarding Specialist to help onboard new subscriber users/customers for a SaaS product with a Windows agent component which subscribers pay for on a monthly basis. This position requires excellent English verbal and written communication. This position also requires someone with excellent Windows desktop skills.
This is a temporary, part-time position for six months, which could turn into a full-time position, if you are interested. The set number of hours per week can be negotiable based upon your availability, ranging from 15 to 30 hours per week.
Required Qualifications, Experience, and Responsibilities
Onboard new SaaS users/customers into the software and setup with new accounts
Schedule calls for new users/customers
Answer questions and walk new users/customers them through the process via Zoom audio/video conferences
Convey customer feedback to product development staff.
Become a subject matter expert on onboarding new customers.
Resolves clients' onboarding questions or problems over the telephone or Internet.
Escalate bugs or unresolvable issues to the development staff and product stakeholders.
Promotes and maintains a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among users.
Ability to effectively work with customers
Shifts between the hours of 17:00 pm to 23 pm Lviv time
Experienced using Windows Desktop and Microsoft Office
Ability to document FAQs and support documentation as new information or suggestions arise to improve onboarding process
Experience supporting the following is preferred but not entirely required:
Remote application support
Remote desktop support
Network adapter settings in Windows
Internet connectivity in Windows
