BPO Nextdoor is looking for a new team member, who will be eager to face both Recruiting and Sales challenges. The perfect candidate should have a good understanding of German and English languages, focus on achieving high results and openness to learn and adapt in a fast-pacing environment.
All the necessary training will be provided by senior colleagues.
During the first months, we expect a part-time workload (about 20-30 hours/week) with possible increasing eventually.
Creating 'tasty' and at the same time precise vacancy descriptions
Using different sources to search for good candidates and processing of incoming CV's
Conducting interviews with candidates in the office or remotely
Maintaining the databases of customers/candidates
Search for potential customers in the industry-specific Internet directories and professional social networks
Perform emailing campaigns
Joining other HR/Sales tasks, if necessary
Knowledge of German and English at least at the upper-intermediate level
Desire to develop in Recruitment/HR and Lead Generation
Related experience will be a plus
