Previous experience in technical support (CRM or ERP systems)
Active skills using SQL-scripts
Knowledge or experience with MS SQL (or other DBMS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent Ukrainian and Russian
Stress-resistance, and ability to handle a large number of requests
Ability to work in a team Responsibilities
Solving typical user incidents through remote access (system crashes, data synchronization/import/export issues)
Installation and configuration of Desktop/Mobile versions of the system in the client environment
Consulting clients on installation and system functionality
Escalation of requests to responsible parties Monitoring the status and progress towards the resolution of all open incidents Participation in the internal and external projects
