Main Responsibilities:
- Daily support of users based on tickets;
- Implementing, supporting and providing system administration of computer networks, Domain systems, servers;
- Comply with company data backup, disaster recovery, software licensing, security and authorization policies;
- Digitalization - creating a digital transformation plan;
- IT partners - both HW and service partners (local provider);
- Basic application support;
- First level support;
- IT KPI's;
- Compliance and acceptance of IT Global rules.
Main Requirements:
- University Degree;
- Experience in IT sphere;
- Knowledge of operating systems and HW - pc, mt;
- Printing solutions;
- Fundamentals of MS server OS (windows server);
- Basic knowledge and overview of networks;
- Orientation in AD - user management, policies;
- ERP basics;
- B1+ (spoken English) ;
- Empathy and communicative;
- Customer approach;
- Willingness to learn;
- Office computers’ technical support skills: assembly, adjustment, testing of computer equipment, information backup and restore, equipment replacement lifecycle, equipment renovation and modernization;
- Ability to analyze and model information systems;
- Knowledge of corporate environment.
