Join Glovo as an Operations Specialist in Glovos local operations team in Lviv. We offer a dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.
What you will do:
- Recruit and train our Glovers (couriers)
- Be responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies for attracting and retaining Glovers
- Solve problems and provide support to Glovers
- Maintain documentation and contracts for Glovers
- Handle procurement, ensuring all Glovers receive their work kits and are ready to spread the Glovo brand
- Manage planning, general administration, and KPI analysis
- Communicate effectively with the local operations manager regarding processes and customer support operations
